Company Policy

Sea Life Aquatics assumes no warranty or liability for loss or damage of livestock, even if caused by negligence or fault of the consumer. Customer satisfaction is important to us and if having problems with your product please inform us immediately.
If for any reason your feel that a product is defective contact us within 24 hours for immediate service.

Can I cancel my order, if it hasn't been shipped?
Yes, however, there is a 20% fee for all cancellations, make your purchases wisely and ask questions. All unopened products will have to be return shipped at the customers expense and the customer will be informed upon inspection for a full refund/cancellation.

Can I return the products for a refund/exchange/store credit?
All sales are final, if the item is defective we will do our best to replace the product at our discretion. We must be informed within 24 hours from the time of acceptance from UPS tracking information if the item is damaged then a shipper damage claim must be filed.
There no exhanges or store credit accepted. Replacement is at our discretion.
